+ Are all your products handmade?
- Yes. All my products are designed and created by me. You can be sure that you are getting carefully made, high quality products.

+ Are your products natural?
- I do my best to use all-natural ingredients, but occasionally I will have to use synthetics. Natural isnt always safer, and these synthetics are designed to reduce the instances of skin irritation, so I will use them if need be. All my products are clearly labeled so you can know exactly what you are using.

+Are your products vegan-safe?
-Most of them are. All soaps are made with vegetable glycerin, but some have ingredients like bee pollen, goats milk, and honey. These ingredients are clearly listed on the site as well as on the product label.

+Can I use your products on my small child or baby?
-Most of them are safe, but a few contains oils and herbs that should not be used on children. Please know what is good and what is harmful to children before purchasing anything from evermore soap factory to be used on a child.

+How long will it take for my order to arrive?
-As I have said, I am a small company, and as such it does take me about 2 weeks to make, pack, ship, and deliver your order.. depending on the size of your order, this time could be dramatically reduced, but I will say 2 weeks to be safe. If for some reason you are in a hurry to receive your order, please call or email us and we will do our best. In this case, rush shipping charges may be applied depending on how fast you want the post office to work!

+ Why cant I see your larger photos when i click on the thumbnails?
- You have pop-up blocker! Disable that and you will be able to see the photos.

+ Why cant I see the whole product review?
- Click on the reviewers name and you will see the rest of the review.
